Animal Nouveau Tarot - Major Arcana - The High Priestess

I think the snowy owl captures the ethereal, mystical quality of this card perfectly! I may digitally go in and re-do the pomegranates, they were a good idea in theory but they didn't turn out the way I'd like them to.

The Animal Nouveau Tarot is an in-process deck inspired by the animal kingdom and the works of Alphonse Mucha. Deck completion is currently scheduled for late 2020/early 2021 depending on my client workload and will be funded on Kickstarter. The original pieces are done in watercolor on hot press watercolor paper. The text was compiled in Adobe Illustrator.
